Mortgage loan officers typically require the following information to process a loan application:
Most recent payroll stub(s) covering a full month, showing year-to-date income.
W-2 forms for 2006 and 2005. (Or tax returns if self-employed.)
Most recent quarterly statement for IRA and retirement accounts.
Last 2 months of bank statements from money market, securities and savings accounts.
The name and phone number of your hazard insurance agent.
